  I feel this product worked great for me.  I didn't care if Dr Oz. said it worked as proof is in the seeing for yourself if it works for you personally. For me this curbed my appetite and has helped me feel better and start to loose some fat stores I had. I would recommend this to you without any hesitations for use in your weight loss program.

    Wow, I think I have blogged for a long time... years ago on HomesteadBlogger and on a website or two I had...Blog about what you love and those things that really work and you feel you can promote. Be personal with your followers ! Be friends not just business...hope that make sense.
    I started with a free blog on wordpress.com and moved over to bluehost for hosting and use wordpress.org, its more professional !
    Make things fun and appealing to the eye, not plain and boring... But pick something that is totally you in design.
