My Story
As far back as I can remember since getting out of highschool I was overweight. I weighed 145 lbs fresh out of highschool ! and at 5'6" I didn't think that was too bad. But when I got pregnant for my daughter Amanda 32 years ago and gained 50 something pounds I thought it would never come off. Well here I am 50 years old and 7 kids later and my daily prayer is " Lord, somehow please melt this fat off me ". I want to be healthy so I can serve you and my family.... This picture is me 4 years ago . Probably at my heaviest 289 lbs. Happily living my life in TN on the farm. Yes I was happy there but stress from outside bombarded me. If it wasn't from my own life, drama from my older kids lives stressed us out.
We all know that stress doesn't do us any good for loosing weight, it makes us unhealthy, fat and depressed.
I was suffering miserable arthritis in my ankles,legs, back , neck, arms and hands from the accident I was in , in 2001. One that left me with Back and Neck damage and a leg broken in 3 places and my left ankle shattered. I had edema really bad the last year and a half. Pain was horrible and I really could not do much. I ended up with tendonitis in both arms, carpal tunnel and headaches. This made life miserable.
Looking for Answers
We all have choices to make and that is where it begins... I made the choice to not stay in the same place I had been for years. I wanted to get well and do things. After all my youngest three are only 12, 11 and 6. We homeschool and we spend our day together doing school and other things around the house. I started by changing my diet.
Being the avid reader I am , I read a few books on Wheat free , gluten free diets and whole food diets and decided to start there. I try not to eat tons of carbs anymore. I cut most Breads, Pastas and Cereal out of my diet. I also cut out Sugars, White Flours and the like. I use Stevia as a sweetener and sometimes honey.
I kept praying and asking God to melt off the fat and I did loose 10 lbs and I always gained it back. But one day after praying about this a friend online introduced me to It Works products. She shared some of her products with me and I kept saying Ya this is another loose weight, get skinny things...Im not going to get into this as it probably costs hundreds a month to use it. So, there I was with these samples of Thermofit and Greens she had shared with me ! I have to laugh as she told me to take 2 Thermofit and I took two that morning and I got up from my desk as I couldn't sit still and concentrate and had to do something. I had what my husband said was a Buzz or a Rush !!! All I knew is I felt something akin to a slight anxiety problem and got up to do something instead of sitting down wiggling. I went to the kitchen and after about a half hour I was dancing around, singing, happy and I got so much done !!!
I also tried Relief and the very first day it took my pain away and being pain free was such a good thing !
It is that easy, the Lord answered my prayers and has given me a whole new outlook on life and health.

I also drank Berry flavored Greens ! I had so much energy that day and all day long too. I had not felt so good in a long time. I did this for 4 days straight and slept so good at night, tired for a reason , I actually had worked all day on the house and had a well deserved rest !
The next day Daine asked how I was feeling and I told her I was dragging with no Thermofit and Greens ... She wasn't surprized... I was ... I still kept saying well there is no way I can afford this stuff. Well truth is if you want something bad enough you will make a way to do it. I was sceptical about that too... but one day I woke up and said " I can't go on feeling like this and I need to get the weight off ".
I have lost 32 lbs so far, lost inches and I am feeling so much more healthy !!!!

Diane said to me " Linda, don't you ever dream ?" I had to tell her yes, I dream of buying that farm in TN and moving back there. I dream of having an RV again to travel with my Husband and Children again. I am so thankful to God, to my Husband, for my kids and to Diane for supporting me in my weight loss journey and in this business !
