I so love this Shea Butter. It is so awesome. We used it to make a skin cream and also a hair moisturizer. Well I would say if you have dry skin try this as it works really well on dry skin. Leaves it nice with no oily residue.

Marian has done it again !!!  If you love historical fiction like I do, well you will want to to pick up this wonderful novella and have a great read for yourself !  Murray has kept Marian writing for his Let Freedom Ring Civil War Series and what a great choice he made in selecting her to do so !  This sweet story will keep you on the edge of your seat ! The suspense just made it so I couldn't put this book down. Will Olivia overcome her greatest fears ? Will Andrew return to her ? Will this war ever end ? Will their love be enough to overcome the ravages of war? Well, you will just have to head on over to amazon and pick up a copy and see for yourself !

OK, who these days doesn't need a good internal cleanse ?  We all have toxins in us that need to be flushed out on  a regular basis and this product does a great job of cleansing and detox for you.  This also aids in weight loss also.  I have really come to believe that Detoxing and Cleansing are an important part of our health care at home.  If you are feeling sluggish, not regular or just have no energy, give this a try. I have really loved using Red Raspberry Ketones !  I have been taking these with my Garcinia  Cambogia to aid in my weight loss and they seem to be helping me.  I am lost 5 lbs already and I am noticing a loss of inches, meaning I am loosing fat . My Review

Well we didnt have screen doors here, so getting this to review was a blessing. Seems when kids run in and out bugs come in. This made it so much better for us. Now when someone goes out the back door they go through this first and then to the back door.  No bugs, it doesn't stop the cats and kittens, but it sure  doesn't allow the bugs inside. If you want a screen without the hard door slam, this is for you !  They work great ! So good that I am getting them for my son's cabin.

My Review

Well wither your Diabetic, Pre-Diabetic or just want to keep that blood sugar under control, this may be the product for you. My Son and my Dad are both diabetic.  My Son we have known since he was 11 that he was a juvenile diabetic. My Dad is adult onset diabetic.  Sad thing is they say there is no cure. The great thing is that there are products that can really help you manage diabetes.  This product is wonderful, I personally think it will work on more then one issue. We have all read that seaweed is good for us, having kelp and containing Iodine that we need for our thyroid, which helps regulate our endocrine system. It has turmeric which I have been reading is great for inflammation  and fighting many diseases and cancer. I know personally that Astragalus is an awesome anti-bacterial , anti-fungal, anti-viral supplement.  It can kill off an infection so good, I take it when I feel like a colds coming on or the flu. I took it once to kill off a mouth infection, it works on that too and can reduce inflammation and other issues we have healthwise.  Honeysuckle I need to read more about but I know that it too has herbal properties that are great for us.

This product worked well even controlling my blood sugar that has been a tad on the higher side to me anyways.  If you have had an  A1C test for diabetes and your numbers were high, you might want to give this a try. We are all suppose to be lower then a 6.0 to be considered not diabetic, but who even wants to be that close to being termed as being diabetic ?  Not me...

My Review

Wow, if you want a pick me up, keep you able to focus on things and not falling asleep mid afternoon, well give this a try.  I hate that can't think groggy feeling (brain fog). Its not a good feeling anytime of the day. I was tired one afternoon and really needed to work on things, couldn't think at all and so I took one of these and in a half hour I was totally alert, no brain fog at all and totally able to work on things and concentrate on them.
