This makes it much easier to get the right amount for the day compared to using powdered spices. I recommended this to my Dad who has RA as its suppose to be great for that. Even got him a bottle to try and I am loving it. I have had less inflammation and alot more mobility then I had before.I like that I can just take the recommended amount and know that I am getting the correct dosage and not guess.
